Weekday Events - Starting at $500 for 3 hours
Monday - Thursday (3-hour minimum)
4 hours- $600
5 hours: $700
6 hours: $800
7 hours: $925
8 hours: $1,100
9 hours: $1,200
Full Day: $1,300
Rental Package Includes:
Cleaning Fee: $175 (included in rate)
Tables:
3 x rectangular tables (seats 10-12)
2 x 60” rounds
6 x 36” rounds
5 x 30” rounds
2 x 24” cocktail-height tables
Seating: Gold chairs for up to 49 guests
Supplies: In-house decor, glassware, and dinnerware
Kitchen Access: Full use of kitchen with double oven and fridge
Must include setup and breakdown time
Must purchase event insurance if serving alcohol
Extra hour: $100 Additional
Alcohol insurance: ~$100 not included. Please go to: www.eventsured.com

Deposit and Payment terms:
50% to secure the date, final deposit made two weeks prior to the event
Cancellation Policy:
90+ days before the event: Full refund of deposit.
89–61 days before the event: 50% of Rental Fee is charged.
60 days or less: 100% of Rental Fee is charged.
